Dresden / Munich, April 28, 2025 – At ees / Intersolar Europe 2025 we will launch the Battery Contract Tracker, our new software solution designed to help owners and operators of battery assets comply with their contracts. The feature simplifies compliance with the complex terms and conditions of warranties, performance guarantees, and financing KPIs throughout the entire lifecycle of the system.
Battery contracts typically have a variety of thresholds, from State of Health (SoH) and temperature limits to cycle counts and Round Trip Efficiency (RTE), which affect warranty terms. To help BESS owners and operators with the challenges of compliance, volytica’s Contract Tracker brings clarity to this complexity. The feature continuously visualizes contract terms, highlighting potential breaches or near-breaches and enabling operators to act before value is lost.
Fully embedded in volytica’s battery diagnostics platform, Contract Tracker provides intuitive, continuous monitoring tailored to each system’s obligations – whether OEM warranties, performance-based energy trading or long-term service contracts. A rapid alert system highlights risks and supports proactive intervention, audits and claims preparation.
“Contracts define the value of battery assets, yet many operators can’t easily see if they’re still within their limits,” said Max Vorhauer, Product Manager at volytica. “That’s why we developed Content Tracker to provide the missing link between actual performance and contractual obligations.”
